Ryan and his crew quickly got me on their schedule. They were exceptionally prompt and efficient with the work they did. Everyone was courteous and respectful and all work was completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. These fellas were literally at my home at 5:30 AM, preparing the driveway WITH FLASHLIGHTS, in order to ensure it was ready for the 6 AM concrete truck. They were back later in the day to cut and cure the concrete. They are all hard workers who put in long days with a smile and no complaining. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his crew! And their price to value ratio is fantastic!

Ryan Verhagen Construction was a subcontractor for REN Development, LLC, the general contractor for our new house. The concrete work done by Mr. Verhagen is deplorable. Only after putting our concerns in writing did Ryan Verhagen, and the general contractor, respond. We scheduled a time for them to view the awful work and perhaps discuss possible solutions. The garage floor is done so poorly that water does not flow toward the drain, but instead, away from it. At the suggestion of several professionals in the trades, we hired, at our expense, a reputable home inspector. In this detailed report, it was noted that the garage floor was substandard. When Mr. Verhagen came on June 16, 2014, he did not even bring a level with him. We actually had to let him use ours. He walked around the garage, put the level down several times, viewed the chipped areas, looked at the unfinished door areas, returned our level, and left. We have heard nothing from him since that day. The concrete garage floor was never sealed...nor was the porch, nor the basement floor. Mr. Verhagen takes no responsibility for his unprofessional work. We now face the daunting task of getting the garage floor torn out and done the correct way. The amount of work for us, the homeowners, will be overwhelming. As senior citizens, the financial burden will be staggering. We definitely would not recommend Ryan Verhagen Construction to anyone.
