Valley Window Cleaning responded very quickly to my inquiry and I had an estimate for the work the next business day. They weren't able to come when I wanted them to, but it was a holiday week and they came the following Monday. The service was completed when they said it would be and we were very pleased with the results. The windows and siding were very clean up to the roofline. My only (small) complaint is that they didn't tighten down the hose to the faucet so I got sprayed the next day! Overall it was a positive experience and we would use Valley Window Cleaning again.

They do work on commercial and residential. They're agile and they did the job quickly. They have a fair price.

They did a wonderful job. They charged me $50 under what they had quoted me. They were outstanding.

My family has used Valley Window Cleaning for many years. When we first began using them the owner and a helper were the ones who came to do the work and they did an excellent job. Unfortunately over the past few years, the owner no longer comes and it is usually young college kids who are working for him for the summer. The last time I had my windows cleaned I had to follow his men around and have them redo windows and mirrors as they would leave them with streaks running down the glass. They spent a large amount of time on their cell phones. They only washed the windows and did not scrape and remove anything that was stuck on the windows. I was very unhappy with their service. I contacted the owner but received no response. About two weeks ago my daughter had them come and clean all her windows. She just recently completed finishing her lower level and wanted the windows cleaned. She initially was happy with the service but that did not last for long. A few days after the men left she went downstairs to empty the dehumidifier and saw a tail sticking out from behind a window blind. She freaked out and called us. We went to her house and discovered that a chipmunk was in her brand new lower level family room. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the chipmunk had pooped and urinated all over her brand new furniture and carpeting and had chewed the pillows on her couch. My daughter is the only occupant of the home and she pretty much has not started using her lower level yet. She is the ONLY one in the house, always keeps the door shut between the upper and lower levels, never wears shoes inside the house and is very particular about her home. Obviously when the men were removing the screens and cleaning the inside and outside of her windows they left open the patio door or a window. She called Valley Windows and received a very cool response. They immediately denied the fact the their workers had been careless and let an animal in her home. The owners comment was that she should take care of getting rid of the pests outside so she doesn't have to worry about them getting inside (what a ridiculous and unprofessional statement!) They did not take responsibility for their mistake nor did they offer to compensate my daughter for the expense involved in getting her furniture and carpets cleaned! They should have apologized and offered to reimburse her for her expenses but all they could do was be unprofessional and snide! We will never use them again and we caution anyone against using them also.

They cleaned all my windows inside and out. They also cleaned all the screens. I had around 22 windows cleaned. Some of them also had windows on top of them. I think that they are very thorough and that they will come when they said they will. I think that they did a great job.
