They cleaned up everything , they made it looks clean and they are very accommodating.

They were very quick to respond and professional with communication.

After we signed up at company’s booth at a Milwaukee Brewers game, a sales rep visited our home and we spent an over an hour discussing in detail the work we wanted done - he took design notes, measurements and showed us samples of materials. However, the next meeting to review a detailed design & proposal kept getting rescheduled - it was difficult to set up new meetings due to the rep’s travel distance to southeast Wisconsin & his times available. The sales rep never showed up to our last scheduled meeting, which he had confirmed earlier that day - later that evening we got a call from the company’s scheduler claiming the rep had “car trouble”. We complained about this and they said they would send someone out ASAP - however when he showed up (on-time, as scheduled) he wanted to start the whole sales pitch again from the beginning - we objected and said we heard that all before and we wanted our proposal. This second sales rep said he didn’t know anything about the first rep and his proposal, but said he would investigate the problem. We eventually got a call back from the second rep & manager a few days later telling us the first rep was no longer with the company and the extensive bathroom remodel work we wanted done was not something the company could do. We would have saved a lot of time & frustration if first rep had told us that upfront and not strung us along...

The work was done quickly (1 day) and very professionally. After the installation, the workers cleaned the area and left the bathroom in great condition. We were very pleased with the entire process.

They did a wonderful job in and out. It was a little expensive, but well worth it. I have already noticed that the heating costs this year are way down from what they were last year.

It was great. They were done in four hours. It was a three men crew and they replaced 10 windows. We have gotten an estimate from somebody else and it would have taken them a day to do a window. But these guys were done in four hours. They are beautiful and nice windows.

Very difficult getting county planning and zoning approval, but SDG's chief project manager made it happen. Excellent work on his part. The excavation contractor - Micke Digging & Hauling - was excellent: they scraped, dug, poured for the foundation and floors on time and did a good job, even with threatening rain. We're having them back separately to put in a new patio for us. The electrical sub-contractor - Jeff - was excellent, with suggestions, workmanship, and punctuality. He found ways to install wire in the most difficult spots, stayed until done, and answered all questions. The erecting sub-contractor, on the other hand, was not fun to deal with. On a sunroom, these are the guys who spend most of the man-hours on site. The foreman was poor on communicating with us and failed to show up when we were expecting them. My wife and I took vacation days to be home, when nobody showed up. There were no apologies, just excuses. To be fair, they did a quality job when they finally finished. On the night of the 18th, we had a torrential downpour, and there were no leaks, and the room is wonderful. Again, excellent quality, poor communication and punctuality for that one prime sub-contractor. Sunroom Design Group and the other two subs are all good. But I have to hold SDG accountable for the performance of the erecting crew. Remember, there are two or more sides to every situation. This is how we, as the customers, experienced it. It probably looks a little different to the contractors.
