Excellent work on rebuilding my very large wrap-around deck. It looks fabulous. The only problem was with the cleanup. It could have been more thorough.

They were very professional. Gave me a good deal with free giveaway products. The deck is amazing and good quality with a warranty. They did the work when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and it looks amazing. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Excellent craftmenship and the crew kept the area very clean through the process. They made a temporary ramp at the end of each day so our dog could access the backyard in the evening. Could not ask for better service.

The sales person was easy to work with, but everything was done on his laptop, and I need to see things on paper, So I had to call Tundraland to have them E-mail me all the paper work. The installer ( Alex ) was top notch. Knew his job and did it extremely well.

I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation.

Great Salesman. Good workers. Job was done way later and longer than promised. What was supposed to be a one day project, turned into a seven day project.

Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute.

Tundraland replaced the steps and small decks at two entrances of our home. We are very happy with the results. Everything from the sales rep, customer service, installation, and clean up went smoothly and professionally. The composite materials are beautiful and match well with the style of our house. Highly recommended!

We worked with Barb RXXX. She was very knowledgeable. She was also very personable-easy to talk with. She answered all our questions. So, we set a date for Jan of 2020 for a walk-in shower. She showed us videos of how the shower would look-right down to the colors.....can not wait !! Thanks Barb ! Joanne and Rose

Very satisfied with our walk in shower that replaced a bath tub. Prompt service, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when finished.

they cancled on me twice had six contractors give me bids. did'nt need to be called night before to change the date and time.

Great customer service, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. Most of all I LOVE LOVE their customer service.

They had to come back twice but the problem was corrected.

very nice! tried to help me as much as they could to get me in my price range. couldn't get financing.

End result was great. Had issues with contractor recommended by this business to do the work they needed done before they could complete he project.Ended up adding a couple of thousand dollars to the project that was unexpected. Had to write a letter to the president of the company to get a response in the middle of the project due to the confusion. Project took several more months to complete than expected due to the poor communication.

My windows look absolutely fabulous! I am considering purchasing more windows.
