TIMMERS LAWN & LANDSCAPING

This was new construction so needed grading, seeding, trees and paver brick patio. They provided a very nice landscape plan with details on the patio and trees and shrubs. Everything was completed in one day which was surprising. The patio design and work was very professional and looked great. However I have since needed to replace the sand in spring of 2010 using polymeric sand for pavers as regular sand was used. Original sand had turned greenish and weeds grown through cracks. The lawn seeding and trees planted were not satisfactory. The soil was clay and too many rocks remained. Complained several times that grass does not grow through rocks. After much urging, they came back out and walked the property picking up a couple yards worth of rocks. Better but the lawn never came in as the year passed (vary sparse) even with tremendous watering bills. Other neighbors new lawns were all flourishing. Had another landscaper reseed the yard in Spring 2010. Mature trees planted became stressed and died on the top 2-3 feet. These too were watered as instructed. Were told they would do much better next season, but still have not satisfactory to what we chose. Smaller trees have also not done very well. Although these all came with a warranty, owner still has not followed through with commitments. Most dissapointing beyond this was the lack of follow up. It was always me contacting them. With the size job it was, I was expecting more follow up and follow through.
