+ -1 moreExcavation was required on the terrace and at the foundation. A mole device was used to tunnel the rest of the way. They were able to come on short notice and did professional work. They coordinated everything with the city.
Description of Work: They replaced a galvanized water service from the terrace to our house .

+ -1 moreThe work was done in conjuction with the city's replacement of sewer pipes in the street. They coordinated the work with the city's street contractor so that when he dug the hole in the street for our connection, the new pipe was put in. The job was completed in 1/2 day, which is what they estimated for time. The price was lower than other plumbing companies. The work done inside the basement was neatly repaired and the workers cleaned up the area very well after the job was done. The brochure describing the work was very good and the owner was very good about communicating with us. Overall, we were very satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Replaced a 70 year old sewer lateral from the house to the street. The basement floor was broken open to get at the sewer line and a new pipe was pushed through the old clay pipe. No digging in the yard was required.
