I really liked their ideas when we planned the remodel. The workers were hard working and very nice and respectful. I had multiple projects done by this company including a powder room, laundry, hallway, ceiling, backsplash, full basement update with full bathroom and addition of egress window. I love the updates on my house. If I need further updates done on my house in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

Short Version: If/when we have to do another project, we wouldnâ t hesitate to hire GTC again and have recommended them. Very pleased with the experience - end to end. Longer Version: The Grant Thompson team did an exceptional job on our Kitchen Rennovation and several other related updates in our home through the first 1/3 of 2022. From the beginning, they expressed enthusiasm for our job and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience with everyone involved in the project. We felt like a top priority to the Grant Thompson team, the communication was consistent and clear. Chris, Tina and Dan paid very close attention to delivering what was important to us and made several great suggestions on details we had not considered that were ultimately incorporated and look/work great. They even went out of their way to pull in an HVAC company (in the dead of winter) on very short notice when we needed help installing our new boiler - a side project that wasnâ t even initially scoped for our renovation. I could go on. Ultimately, very happy we went with GTC and weâ d hire them again if/when the need arrives.

We are in the decision process about countertops, appliances, backsplash, etc. So it is difficult to make evaluations. So far we are on schedule.

The workmanship is really good!

They did a bathroom gut and renovation for me. They did a wonderful job and once they laid out the schedule, they stuck to it. Like any reno there we issue along the way (additional demo, additional lights, scuffing to walls, etc) but they addressed each issue promptly and professionally. We ended up slightly over the initial estimate but they were fully transparent when there were cost adders letting us know right away. They constantly made sure we were getting what we wanted and did not push us to just get the job done. I would recommend them and would use them again for future renovations.

The remodel was done efficiently. Grant and his project coordinator (Chris) were professional as were all the people they contracted with. If there was a problem it was handled and corrected immediately. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Grant followed thru with everything he said he would do. He got everything finished in a timely fashion which was important to us as I am having a knee replacement this Thurs. All the people he works with are great and most especially Chris. I am sure we will be asking for their help in the future. Sue E. Appleton

Grant did everything he said he was going to do. All of the people he worked with were professional and timely. The estimate he gave me is what the bill was when the project was completed. We will use Grant in the future if the need arises.

Grant Thompson and his team are top notch professionals who do an excellent job on the schedule promised at the price promised. Grant remodeled our basement and installed a bathroom. He made excellent design suggestions, did a detailed survey of the work and materials needs (coming back at least 4 times to the house to measurements), and kept us posted multiple times weekly on the progress of the remodel. The quality of the work was excellent and the responsiveness of his contracting team from electricians to plumbers to carpenters was always immediate. Grant will my go-to contractor for any future work I have.

We are very pleased with the remodel projects that Grant Thompson Construction completed on our home. We had both bathrooms updated as well as all flooring except for one room. Grant was very accommodating in juggling our schedules and working with the flooring company we hired. We didn't feel stressed at all. My Spouse and I knew what to expect and which trades were coming on specific days. Grant kept in touch with us on every step of the way. We contacted 3 different contractors and only Grant Thompson followed through with getting us quotes when he said he said he would and when Grant said he would be stopping over he was true to his word. If we ever need a contractor again we will call Grant Thompson Construction because he is trustworthy, fair, honest and true to his word. We live in a 90 yr old farm house and the last time the kitchen was remodeled was in 1963. So as you can imagine there could be some challenges. Grant and Chris meet them head on and did an awesome job! They needed to gut the entire kitchen and put in a new ceiling, new drywall, created 3 arched door frames and put in a new backdoor. Waiting the 3 months was well worth it. Grant and the crew were very easy to work with. I would defiantly use them again.

Grant and his crew were the best! The quality of the work and the professional way in which they treated me was top notch. I hired him to replace the roof and siding, replace 4 windows and 2 doors, replace a fence gate and fix a front porch. His crew was exceptional! No detail no matter how small was left unattended. We needed a new tub/shower and new flooring due to leakage and general ugliness. Grant and his team were very responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. They did excellent work in a timely manner and their pricing was very fair. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Grant and his team recently did a bathroom remodel for us and did an excellent job. Grant was always available and checked in daily to ensure we were satisfied with each part of the project. He was open to any changes and had suggestions to help the project along. Grant knew we wanted to keep the project affordable and was always helping us find ways to save money without taking away a from the end result. Every single person who came into our home was respectful and did a wonderful job. We now have a beautiful finished bathroom and we would call Grant for other projects in a heartbeat.

From the time we first met with Grant, we felt like we were his only clients. He worked with us to create a plan that was within our budget, and an agreed upon timeline. Grant listened to our ideas, and he gave us new ideas we had not thought of on our own. His crew members were prompt, respectful, experienced and extremely professional from the time measurements were taken, right through completion. The interior design firm that Grant recommended gave ideas that we loved. Grant's trim work person was very experienced and gave us exactly what we asked for. The painter Grant works with did a wonderful job and took extra care with our wall mounted TV. The flooring team were on a mission to get the job done from the moment they entered the door, and it turned out beautiful. The countertop installers were extremely careful to not damage the flooring that had just been installed. The plumber and electrician worked with the other professionals to be sure their duties were completed in time for the next step in the process. This was a large project that included not just the kitchen, but the living room, dining room and entrance as well. Through it all, Grant was just a phone call or text away. He was present the first day the job started, and also on the day of completion. He stopped in after each step to be sure the work was done to our standards as well as his. We plan to use Grant Thompson Construction again soon, as we have more projects to do.

I love my new walk in shower, and love the floors.
