Description of Work: The quality & workmanship of previously installed windows was excellent. Not so much this time. Color match was not as good and they made gouges in the inside woodwork. We have contacted them, but no results to date.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely happy with the company. We've had them do service for us over the last few years. We've had every single window in our house and all but one door in our house replaced by them. Actually, you can't even tell they've been here. Everything is so clean and neat when they leave. They are expensive. They're very friendly. They're very good about getting back to you. If you have a question and you call for a response, they get back to you in a timely manner. When the guys come and do the work, they have everything cleaned up so well that you can't even tell that someone had been here. They have not harmed any of my plants that are underneath the windows outside at all. There is no debris. There is no trampling of anything. There was not even a bit of saw dust in the house and they've had to re-cut some windows. Because my windows were not the same size I had them re-cut and done. Our electric bills and heating bills have gone down significantly since we had the new windows replaced. I do have one complaint. I was not pleased with the quality of the storm door. I would give the quality of storm door a 'C' They were right on time. In fact, when they are 15 minutes out they call you to say, "We're 15 minutes out." They call you so that you know that they're going to be arriving or half an hour out or 15 minutes out.
Description of Work: In June, they just replaced our front door and screen door. Before that, they did windows and a patio door and before that they did the windows.
