The installers were on time and finished the job in a shorter length of time then I expected. Everythging was cleaned up and old door taken away.

They drove in ask for an outlet to plug in machine. They went right to work. I was impressed how they cleaned up after the gutters were installed.

It went awesome! We were not home when they were installing the gutters. They put a few up and noticed the color was not matching up with my existing colors. The guys phoned their supervisor and got in contact with me at work. I ran right home to check it out. And i agreed the color did not match and I didn't like it. Somehow we ordered the wrong color. Not a problem! They went good on it. They matched the color for us and re-ordered the correct color. Came back out in a few days and did the job in 1 day. They even stayed late to get it all done. The guys that did the work were very respectful and efficient. They could have just threw up the wrong color and left. But they didn't. I cannot rave enough about the crew. Especially Raul. They were great. Although we have only had the gutters for a short time, it seems like a sturdy, effective product. I highly recommend this company.

Randy & Rauol were on time and started the job. Two more installers, Kelly & another man (do not know his name) joined them about 2 hours later. Installation of windows were completed by 2 pm and the place was cleaned and vacuumed.

The quality of the doors is superb, and as promised. People have noticed and commented on how nice they look. They were well installed. There were a couple of minor glitches that required some adjusting, and when I reported them, they were quickly addressed and corrected. The owner of the company was very concerned that we were happy with the product. The back door has resisted scratching by my dog who jumps up on it daily. The front door is textured, the exterior is a deep red, and the inside truly matches the oak woodwork. It does not look like steel, and definitely has superior insulating qualities. I felt like it was a lot of money when we bought them, but we are really very happy with their quality.

Crew was on time + put up the new gutter system-disposed of all of the old system. Excellent job.

They spent a lot of time going over quality and structural quality of windows and triple pane properties. Order was completed for all windows (2011) except slider & kitchen sink window. All was great. They worked through hot weather and great teamwork. Very courteous company and cleaned up everything.

The contract for the front entry door was written in March 2012 with the provision that it was to be installed in June 2012. June came and went and I didn't hear anything from the company until August. By that time I had moved on to other home renovation projects. The company was very aggressive in wanting to complete the installation at that time and sent salesmen unannounced to my home on 4 different occasions when I was working and left threatening messages with my teenage son. Finally, under the threat of court action, I agreed to have the door installed. There was debris left at the work site. The crew foreman put pressure on me to sign off on the installation before it was complete, which I would not do. The door had to be adjusted as there was a considerable gap at the bottom. The door itself is of high quality and I am pleased with the product. I have had no problems with the product over the past year. The price above did not include staining and finishing the framing around the door. That was left unfinished and I had to pay another company to come and do that work.

Three men arrived when promised, explained what they would do - went to work - and an hour and a half later they were done and gone. Our house looks 100% better with just having that one window replaced.

The product looked very good. We are probably going ahead with them in some point possibly this fall. They are extremely professional. They are timely. They are very helpful on the phone. The thing I liked about them is that they were spending time talking to us even though they knew we were not spending that month and still very helpful in terms of information and ideas. They were terrific all around in terms of estimate. They were great.
