The contract stated that services would be performed on or about 75 days from the date I signed the contract. Installation was finally scheduled for today 5/2/13, weather played a big part in the delays. The installation for today was canceled this morning. A big commercial job they have is now going to delay my installation and will have to be rescheduled for on or around 5/14/13. I will update quality and overall experience upon completion. 5/6/13 UPDATE: I talked to the installer today. He was receptive to my concerns. He moved the date of the installation up to Friday the 10th. He was professional and understanding. I will update again on the overall experience and quality of the workmanship once the job is completed.

Tom and Shawn really knew what they were doing! Door was out in no time and new one in in no time. A wonderful job; nice and clean.

I had a very similar experience to another review describing a very aggressive sales approach and a high-pressure attempt at a close. The window appeared to be of good quality, but the estimate was incredibly high (over $18,000 to replace our first-floor windows, which only accounted for half of the total we needed), about three times the average of the other estimates I'd seen. The salesman started talking about discounts and rebates, and suddenly the price was down to $11,000. When I still wouldn't bite, he came up with another discount that would only apply if we signed a contract on the spot. It involved a convoluted explanation of how much it would cost his company if he had to come back several times, how many sales he would lose, and how much "savings" they could pass on to us if we purchased windows before left. He went back to his car to let us "think it over." When he came back in, I told him that I wasn't interested, and he continued to press. When he asked me why I didn't want to sign anything, I told him that I had once had a window company as an advertising client, that the owner of the company had walked me through his entire pitch and explained the psychology behind it, and that he had just delivered that pitch to the letter. I said it was nothing personal, but I didn't have any confidence that I'd gotten anything close to a reasonable estimate, and I would never do business with a company that would pitch me the way he just had. After some back-and-forth (he asked for the name of the window company and also tried to defend the "preferred customer discount" he'd offered), he told me he'd never heard that from a customer before. He apologized for offending me, and I told him I wasn't offended, and I didn't have an issue with him personally, but I would never do business with a company that used the tactics he just had. The salesman was very polite throughout, including after the point where he knew there was no salvaging the sale. It was an uncomfortable conversation, but it never got ugly. He continued to press me past the point where I thought it would make any sense to do so, but I can't blame him for trying.

They men were very congenial, and did a very good job. Even though the work was in the winter, it all worked out. They cleaned up very well. I had them out in the Spring for prior work, and it was nice to have them come back this time, too.

They pick after themselves, had the place nice and clean after installing the window. Next year I will get more work done from them installing gutters.

The experience was very good. The salesman and installers were very professional and prompt. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. All clean up was done immediately after the job was done. I am very pleased with the window.

workers arrived right on time. they remeasured window openings (for the third time) to make sure everything was the correct size before taking out the old windows. I thought that was very smart. just to recheck the new window size to my existing window openings. I found out the two installers have worked together as a team for quite some time. and it really showed in the quality, timely manner from the removal through out the installation and the clean up. they both new what the other person was doing and going to do next to complete the job. this is a excellent added bonus when two people can work together like this and their professionalism showed it. From start to finish I was very pleased with the outcome of my new windows

The people that came out to install the windows are super polite and so efficient. Half the work was done inside and half outside and everything was left exactly as we left it.

We had been to a couple of Home Improvement Shows and were looking to replace our windows and doors with real quality products. After considerable review, we decided to have Creative Openings give us a presentation on windows and doors. My wife and I were impressed with the professional presentation given by Creative Openings. We were equally impressed with the quality of their products, services offered and their focus on satisfying their Customer. The necessary time was taken to discuss in great detail what Creative Openings was about and their focus on customer satisfaction. We discussed the quality of their windows and doors including how they were going to be manufactured and installed. We understood what to expect and when to expect it. By the end of the evening, we were very confident to enter into a partnership with Creative Openings to accomplish our project. Our partnership and our project went as planned and our expectations were fulfilled as promised.

My boyfriend accepted an offer for a free estimate/consult ... which I wasn't all too excited about. I wasn't currently in the market to purchase such an expensive item. However, once Don showed up and gave us such a fantastic presentation it was hard to resist! Although pretty expensive - the windows are amazing and he shows you hands on what they are capable of. The windows that came with the house (which I just purchased last October) were Garbage!! Letting all the heat in during the summer and ALL the heat out during the winter. My brand new Creative Openings windows are beautiful, they easily slide open and closed without any effort, they keep my room cooler now that it's sumemr time and I'm sure they will do a fantastic job of keeping my room warmer this winter (No plastic needed!!!). Don does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what the windows are capable of and what they are made for. He is able to explain why they are worth the cost - which I truly believe they are. I could only afford to have two rooms done right away - but have big plans for the future including a new patio door in the spring! The installation guys (who i did not get to meet becuase I was at work) did an incredible job. They came, installed, and cleaned up their mess in less than 4 hours! They even had to do some gardening for me (with my permission of course) because they couldn't reach my windows over the bushes in the front. :) My parents attended my consult with Don and they too were impressed - in fact they immediately purchased an entire house full of new windows! Creative Openings was very easy to work with, they did a great job with the sale and the installation. Don has been very helpful from the very beginning - in fact I still hear from him occasionally, just checking to see how it's working out. I would definitely recommend using this company if you are in the market for new windows (or doors).

Jim Baker informed us on what to expect from the installation crew. Everything he said was true. They set a time and date. The crew showed up in a big truck. They installed our 10 windows in a day. Hauled away all the old windows and cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend this company and their salesmen and workforce to anyone who wants the best replacement windows and doors I believe are on the market.

asked for a quote on a bay window. The salesman came to the house and presented the product and gave us a quote. The quote was very expensive and the sales pitch was very aggressive. Trying to give discounts that would expire the next day if we didnt sign immediately. When we explained that we wanted to get other quotes and make sure we were getting the right product for us, the saleman was kind of sarcastic. When we said we would get back to him, his response was very negative and he said, 'no you wont", and then started putting his books away, and wouldnt even leave us a brochure about the product for us to review. My husband and I looked at each other at this point and were kind of shocked that he was so belligerent.

They have a long warranty. It is a nice wood finish inside and nice white finish on the outside. They weren’t the highest price either. They were professional and nice. They didn’t high pressure me. They were friendly. They were honest and provided good advice.
