We know how important it is to have people you can trust working for you. So let us tell you a little about ourselves. We are a family owned company since 2004. We started out with a vision of providing high quality replacement windows that are made for the harsh weather of Wisconsin. Our decision to partner with the Energy Wall Window Collection was based on the quality and integrity of their products and their reputation as a stand-apart competitor in the replacement window market. Polaris Technologies has been in business for over 50 years and uses only products that were made in the USA. All the materials in their windows are 100% recyclable and earth friendly. However no material used in the manufacture of the windows is made from recycled items. This means one thing for you-integrity. The quality and strength of the window are in no way compromised by inferior materials. Since then we have expanded into entry door systems, gutters, and leaf protection. All of our products are exclusive to Creative Home Technologies in 40 counties of Wisconsin. Our toll free number is 1-800-335-2885.

Description of Work: "I hired Creative Home Tech back in the fall of 2015 to replace my windows and patio door based on my previous experience with them doing my gutters and gutter guard. Although it took longer than expected to get the order put through and the windows put in than I expected. | |It was probably the coldest day in January when they finally arrived. I regret having it done in winter because you cannot use spray foam to properly seal the gaps around the windows and they had to use fiberglass insulation. Using a thermal camera you can see cold spots where I think spray foam may have improved that. | |One window had a cracked pane when it arrived and it's been another 2 months to get the replacement pane that should be delivered this week. The delays could just be from the manufacture and not Creative Homes. | |The installers were great. Fast, good, and cleaned up both days. They did a great job on both the interior and exterior caulking. The windows are perfect. "

Description of Work: We called for quote on 8 replacement windows. The day before, we received a call to change the appt. The caller made it sound as though they were changing for our benefit, but then said it was because they were down a rep. I explained that we did not have any availability for over a month and she said ok they would leave the appt as is. The day of the appt came, but no one came to measure our windows and never called to say they wouldn't be able to make it. i called the following monday and told them what happened and to remove me from their call list because i would not be doing business with them.
