 + -1 moreButch was recommended by another appliance repair place that didn't feel comfortable with doing a repair on my newer Jen Air Range. Butch came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem as a bad switch for one of the burners. He ordered the part and came back within a couple of days and replaced the switch. Before leaving he made sure everything was in working order. I would not hesitate to call Butch for any other major appliance repairs in the future.

 + -1 moreIt went well. He was showed up on time and got right down to work diagnosing the problem. Replacing the refrigerator was probably the correct decision in this situation and his recommendation to do that did not benefit him.
Description of Work: The refrigerator was not keeping things as frozen as it should have. He diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator was that it was low on the coolant so there must be a leak in the system. He recommended replacing the refrigerator instead of fixing it due to the time and cost required to find the leak, repair it, and recharge the system with coolant.

 + -1 moreHe got it running again. I did not want to trust that it would keep working. He said he would try to find a new pump for it as it is a very very old machine. He called when he found a pump and he replaced the existing pump along with a new belt. I would hire him again and highly recommend his services.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with Butch's Appliance. I felt comfortable calling him, as well as comfortable asking him questions.
Description of Work: I have called Butch several times. He has always been "top-notch" in everything...professionalism, punctuality, and service. The only problem that I have is the fact that I have older (12 yrs.) appliances, so if Butch needs to order a part, it may take a bit of time...usually a week or less. If necessary, he will do a "band-aid" job until the part arrives. He has worked on our washer, dryer, refrigerator, and disposal.
