B & M FENCING

I contacted the company for an estimate and they were able to come out within a few days. Megan came out (4/20/13), did the measurements and offered me several options which I was quite excited about. She said she would get me the estimate by Monday (4/22/13). When I didn't hear back, I waited until a week later (4/29) and gave Megan a call. She apologized, said her computer crashed. She said she was picking it up today and would email me ASAP. I have STILL not heard anything. I regret wasting my time waiting around for this company and even if they came in with a great estimate now, their lack of professionalism would prevent me from hiring them.

I emailed the provider off of the Angie's List site and waited for him to contact me regarding an estimate. I gave my husband the number and never got an email from him. My husband set up an appointment that week for an estimate. Brian (owner) showed up and was very nice and seemed interested in the job. He did the measurements and gave us a brochure and stated he would email me out a quote. We waited a week and nothing. My husband called the number and left messages for the next 3 weeks (at least 3 calls). We never got a return call, quote or any information. It was a waste of our time unfortunately. No idea why he wouldn't respond if he took the time to come out.

'We have two miniature pinschers and needed our yard fenced so they could run safely. Brian came out and gave me an estimate within just 2 days of my call. We talked it over, and found that he was reasonable, and we were glad to have somebody so close to home. We paid half to secure the price and get the materials ordered and things were rolling. Then the weather changed for a week or so, but as soon as it was clear again Brian and his guys were on site, checked with me with questions and got to work. They installed +/- 500 feet of chain link fencing in two days and my dogs have a wonderfully secure yard to run in. Brian has been back twice to make adjustments at my request, and is very responsive to any questions/needs regarding the fence. I have four gates in my fence, including one 10-foot double gate. They adjusted one small gate lower when our dog tried to squeeze under it. Overall. working with Band M was a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable and efficient fence installation.

I would hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Call on Wednesday, Brian stopped by same day to look at job and give verbal quote. Meet at 7:30 AM next day to make sure everyone was on same page. Discuss job (then I left). Come home and inspect job. Everything looked real good. Old post holes were filled with dirt, all debris removed. Very satisfied with price and timeline. Everything was done the way I wanted it not the way they wanted it. Next day I received an emailed invoice. Also, the workers were dog friendly.

Great experience. Excellent customer service from the front end sales to the guys doing the install.

WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE APPEARANCE OF OUR FENCE, THAT WE WANTED YOU TO KNOW. THEY CAME OUT AND DUG THE HOLES, INSTALLED THE FENCE. THE COLOR MATCHES OUR HOUSE. THE WHOLE JOB WAS GREAT, AND WE HAVE GOTTEN MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT.
