handyman service, chimney repair
 + 0 moreService man came the next day after I called and looked at the problem area which had a water leak near chimney and gave us a contract for repair work. His rates seemed a bit high $85/hr, 3 hr minimum, but we signed. He returned before the expiration of the 3-day cooling-off period and did the job in a total of 6 1/2 hours, working steadily and having all needed parts with him.
Description of Work: Fabricated, installed and caulked counter-flashing on chimney. Re-installed 2 roof vents properly.
