Description of Work: Although my dishwasher had been broken for two months and both my husband and I tried numerous times to fix it, the owner of Fort Appliance was able to come out in a timely manner and resolve the problem in a matter of minutes. So grateful! Will use Fort Appliance again when I have appliance issues!

Description of Work: Ryan was very prompt in his response and quickly figured out the problem with our old refrigerator in the garage. He replaced the board but didn't charge me for labor which was very nice of him. Had it up and running in less than an hour.

Description of Work: He fixed our washing machine and refrigerator (needed to order a part and come back a second time). Returned call for help promptly, called to confirm time, showed up on time, did the work needed ....what more could you ask for? Saved us having to buy new appliances.

Description of Work: I thought some indicator switch lights in four holes along the front of my dishwasher were failing to go on and needed to be replaced. But he pointed out that they simply aren't lights at all ! Each is Just some mechanically operated change of a color patch behind the hole. They are working fine. Nothing needs to be replaced. |
