Description of Work: I have been doing business with S.E. for four years now. A business friend who has been around for over 20 years convinced me to use them. He said: "If I have any kind of computer problem, I can rely upon them to fix it." S.E. both sells and services computers. It's a low-overhead operation that offers no frills. In the sales area: they offer three computers: basic web surfer system, value system, and power user system. They aim at meeting your needs and refuse to sell you what they know you don't need. They sell national brands. They simply build what you need and at a very fair price. I have had them work on a lap top as well as an original computer I bought from them. They did the job at very fair prices. For the lap top, I had to replace the key bad because one of the keys was falling off. They had to buy a new key pad, took care of the problem key, and suggested I keep the new pad in case any other keys come loose. How many stores would do that? The difference is that they are a local store operating 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. I just had a problem fixed for $60 that would have cost me well over $200 at a big box store. You are working directly with the owners, so they don't try to peddle you what gives them the highest margins or special offers from large manufacturers. They are in it for the long haul, not short term gain.
