Description of Work: Replaced windshield on my car and didn't take me to the cleaners on it. They did it in a timely manner. I paid cash since auto insurance would not pay for it. This is the second time I've done business with them. They are very good there. It's close to shopping so if you have to wait, the big mall is across the Milton and also a smaller mall right in front of the shop. Don't go to the bookstore there though. I will never shop there again.

+ -1 moreThe website was very user friendly. It asks a series of questions in order to let you know if they can repair the chip or if it is too big to repair. The cost for Safelite to come to me was about $145, while I was quoted $113 to bring my vehicle to their shop in Janesville. Safelite is easy to find, and I was greeted the moment I walked in. The Technician told me the steps he would take, and had the chip repaired in less than a half hour. The Technician personally let me know when my vehicle was ready to go. I paid him the $113 that had been quoted to me online and was out the door. It was a very easy process and I would recommend this Safelite location. In the waiting room, there is a large window into the service area, which is nice so that you can watch your car being serviced if you like.
