Description of Work: Roica does a good cleaning job but the communication needs to be better. She and her helper were over an hour late without a call and just came in the house and started working. I had never met her or her helper before and there was no discussion of what I wanted done or a plan of action. She charged for two of them and I didn't expect that. Maybe that was naive of me. They left quite a few chemicals here and a few messes we needed to pick up like gloves and food they left etc. I like how cleans and how clean things are when she is done. Just needs more organization and communication with her customer.

+ -1 moreRoika does a very good job making things sparkle. She and her helper cleaned for me several times. However, we had trouble communicating so I stop using her.
Description of Work: Roica does a nice job over all: windows, floors, bathrooms. She is a nice person and tries hard to please.

+ -1 moreShe has been cleaning for about 6 or 7 years for me. She does a very, very good job. She is very professional and presents herself well. She is very polite and thorough. I trust her. She is very trustworthy and I have had absolutely no problem. I don't know what her normal rate is because I have given her a couple of raises. I will continue to use her; she is coming this Friday.
Description of Work: Roica's Cleaning cleans my house. She comes every two weeks.
