I discovered a storm sewer pipe on my property that time had forgotten about. It ran into a lake behind my house. Right choice answered their phone on a Saturday to get an appointment set up for Monday. That impressed me. Also impressive was the fact that they were right on time and ready to get started. They like to work fast when they are on your clock. When they couldn?t water jet it, they went and got back hoe and essentially dug from the lake until they found the pipe end. The pipe end was under 3 trees and had been buried for 20 years. It was an expensive repair, but they totally got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not quitters. The importance of that is huge. They would have put in another pipe if necessary. Their slogan should be, "dirty deeds, done for a reasonable price". Their hourly rates are in line with other rooter companies. However, those other companies would have thrown their hands up and quit.

Made initial call, set up time to take care of an urgent sewer issue. Had extended conversation regarding the issue and long term solution. Told me they could would make the extra drive to this location the next day. I followed up the next day to be sure they could find the location. They didnt take call, then someone else called back with a list of excuses(broken vehicle, partner was sick, distance to job, etc) as to why they wouldn't take care of the issue. I asked them to call when the vehicle was fixed if they were willing to do the work. They said they would, I havent heard from them since. They need to change their name to Wrong Choice Rooter Service. NO integrity whatsoever to someone who has an urgent issue that they could have resolved. Good luck to you if you choose to use them.
