I have had an order in with Playstar for 9 weeks. My original ship date was 4 weeks from date of purchase. I have been in contact with Playstar's customer service several times a week since my ship date has passed. Their customer service cannot give me any answers on when my order will be fulfilled. I have numerous times requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and they refuse to connect me and have only taken my contact information to have them give me a call back. I have yet to receive any communication from someone that can remotely give me any answers. This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with and I would not recommend anyone ordering from them. From my experience you will be thoroughly disappointed.

Terrible! Playstar offers a product that is poor in quality. Advertised as quick assembly, sturdy designs and no cutting required. Buyer Beware. The quality of treated wood was very poor. Majority of boards provided were warped and ends with splits. Every board is rough and prone to splitters. Claim product can be assembled in 4 to 6 hrs with two or three people, actually took 4 full days. Tremendous amount of prep work required regardless of the claim no cutting required. Not worth the money, I have seen better sets for less money. Choose this product based on dimensions and accessories offered.
