Description of Work: They were out numerous times and could not figure out the problem with the furnace. They even charged me for a service call that should have been covered under warranty. Also numerous incidents with the heat pump they installed but was not set up properly. I had to call the main company myself in order to get the issues resolved.

Description of Work: Replaced parts in both toilets. One toilet had been serviced by another plumber in Janesville who was in a hurry and it hasn't flushed right for the last 3 or 4 years. I asked Lloyds to look at it and fine tune it and it is like new now

Description of Work: I went to Lloyd's to get an estimate on a future project. When I stopped in everyone but the receptionist was at lunch. So I gave her all of my imformation and was told I would get a call that afternoon. That didn't happen. It has been over a week and I have not heard a word from anyone. I keep hearing that the economy is bad, but at Lloyd's that must not be a problem if they don't have the time to bid out a 20K+ job. I guess that's their loss and someone else's gain.
