His work is perfect and meticulous and a perfectionist. He does need to work on getting paper bids and paper receipts on letter head. He was on time and went over and above by weeding surrounding ground of sidewalk. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is I requested a bid on paper several times and a paper receipt. I think he needs to respect that about a customer or by a printer. Email is great for heads up but in the end backing it by letterhead paper is better for record keeping.
