I enjoyed this whole process until the last bill came in really high and for longer labor time. All services went well. It was my dealings with Becky in the office that ruined the entire experience for me. When I called to inquire why all the extra labor charge and incorrect description of work she only treated me as someone trying to get a discount. I was actually trying to inquire about the service and correct what I could only figure was incorrect billing for labor charge. She did say she would get the owner to talk to me but apparently he refused because she just began offering a discount to "get rid of me" I never did receive any explanation which still leaves me wondering what happend as well as insulted by Becky.
