HAZELTINE PAINTING

Paul was somewhat slow to respone to my initial phone messages. However, I originally contacted him while he was in the middle of a rather demanding schedule. He was very apologetic for the delay and very professional in all contacts. In June, I was looking for a painting contractor to repaint the siding on my home. Due to some physical limitations, I was unable complete this painting task myself, especially the ladder work. A number of years have passed since the last time it was painted, and there were areas of mildew, pealing, and plain old dirt. I was looking for a contractor that considered the preparation phase of painting as important as I did. Paul spent a good amount of time reviewing the siding issues, and what I considered important in the help I needed. He did an excellent job answering my quesitons, explaining my options, and how the work could be done. Even though he was reluctant to commit to the job immediately, I told him I only wanted it complete before the end of this painting season, and if I were able to do the job myself, I would prefer a September time frame. The estimate he prepared for the work was very understandable and what I consider an appropriate amount for the work I was expecting. He expected payment only when the job was completed. In September, the weather for painting was somewhat unpredictable, but Paul let me know the start date and anticipated time span. His team was there as promised, were very professional, polite, and a pleasure to have working on my home. They completed the washing, scraping, in preparation for the painting. He worked with the paint manufacturer I prefer, and went out of the way fine tune the color to an appropriate hue. The finish coat was complete, everything was cleaned up, I am very happy with the results I would use Hazeltine painting for any of my future painting needs, both interior or exterior. Thanks Paul.
