They arrived on time... and were very professional. Cleaned up after removal. Very pleased with their work.

I've been there twice now and I've had an exceptional experience each time. I especially lilike the service from Becky. They also had a very nice team of installers for the carpet. It was a nice team of people.

In the beginning they were nice courtious and cheap. I had someone from Flooring and More come out to measure the work that was going to be performed and he never told me of any concerns. I called two days before and asked that if I had the shower knobs, head and spicket available could they replace them as they were working? I talked to the owner and he said that would be no problem. Once they arrived the "problems begain" I don't remember everything but they told us that a plumber would have to put on the shower plumbing items (even though I called the owner and he said there would be no problems). We were without a shower/tub for 5 days. The tile work is beautiful but the caulking along the tub and tile we are still having issues with to this day. I have called Flooring and More many times. They have been out 3 times to fix the problem till they finally said a year ago "its your problem now". I'm ready to tear the beautiful tile out and go back to a tub surround again. I don't know what else to do.

They were the low bidder but once we told them that we were giving them the job they told us that they couldn?t get the product and they tried to push us to something else. I just thought that was shady; I think they tried the bait and switch. We went to the next closest bid which was $700 more and they were able to get the flooring for us in two days.

The store has a good range of hours, is well lit, and has a good selection of samples to compare. Overall an excellent experience with even better results!
