+ 0 more1. It was worrysome watching the work be done with no concern for safety (of my home/yard, neighbors home/yard nor his own workers) Some of the videos I have are terrifying. 2. My home siding was damaged significantly due to an avoidable error, full repair would've been in the thousands of dollars. 3. Perhaps worst was the damage to our yard from the heavy equipment. Ruts galore and at least 1/3 of grass destroyed. Seed was thrown down onto this compacted soil but so far isn't growing. He is supposed to come and correct this soon; I'll update review when that happens.

+ -1 moreCarl and his helpers were all very polite and did what they said they would do. While waiting for an additional load of dirt, one of the young men rolled my entire yard with the big roller they used, which was not in the contract to do. Carl also took me around my house and pointed out things to me that I should do to help with water flow around the house. I have some flower beds and they were very diligent about not disturbing them. I am very happy with the work and will call them again if further work is needed.
Description of Work: He leveled from previous addition to house. Rock hounded all of the very many rocks from two different places on the yard. Brought black dirt and leveled that as well as rolling both areas before and after the black dirt. Seeded all of the areas generously.

+ 1 moreHe hasn't done anything for me yet because we have had so much rain and he can't get out here. He was very professional and he knew what he was talking about. I had another estimate that was the same price as his but I don't know if I am prejudice or not but they were Mexican and I just didn't know if I wanted to trust them or not. He was little late getting here.
Description of Work: I got estimate from Anderson Company about a month ago for hauling and yard work.
