I thought they were a good company. I needed a new furnace and they sold me a new one, a brand name I have never heard of, for quite a lot of money but later on I found out that I could have bought a branded new one at a much lower price. They didn't do a thorough installation job either.

It went very well. He came between the time stated. Everything was done nicely.

Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend !

My husband is really picky and he thought they did a good job. He asked them for some advice and they were helpful with that.

It was fine. They came out within the first few weeks of the Big Deal purchase. I did not spend more than the initial price. I will not use this service provider in the future.

I take reviewing companies very seriously and never want to give an unfair review. Holland provided us with a new furnace and air conditioner for $8000. They removed the old oil tank. I think the price may have been high, now that I have talked to other providers in the area. They had bid to install hook-ups for the oven, water heater, but when the guys came to do install they tried getting out of doing it, wanting to charge extra. Also they didn't realize that we needed an extra space on our electric panel and they had to eat putting in another panel. Which they did graciously. However when I holland electric gave us an overblown estimate for other electrical work that we eventually just had someone else do for 1/3rd the price. When I went to holland and showed them their high estimate for electric versus what we actually paid, their reasoning fell flat and was not based in facts, I think they were caught trying to over charge us had we gone with them. Thank God I called another electrician. Saved us big money and they did a great job.

They were very quick and did an excellent job.

They were prompt, and professional. I would recommend them again in the future.

The experience was top notch because they were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did the work they said they were going to do. They made sure everything worked, made sure I was happy and were friendly. Their service was free to me because I bought a furnace and air conditioning system from them.

It was okay. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal. From what I recall, they did a good job and we did not have issues since the service was provided. We would probably use them again in the future.

That service turned out well. Scheduling was easy with them and there were no problems at all. I had them hang a couple of fixtures. Just one electrician came out. He also did some trenching, fixed an electrical socket and installed an outside light. He gave me his information and I made sure to use him a couple time after that initial Big Deal service to do more electrical work too.

It was awful. After they left the furnace kept leaking. They had to keep coming back and would charge me each time even though it was never fixed. They wouldn't refund their membership that I purchased and didn't have a copy of what the membership included.

they came in for a furnace check promotion that i had paid for. It was fine, but I think the offer was more geared towards a tune up and not just a check up. they then revised their future promotion to make it more understanding. very professional and punctual.

However, needed service was more than I could afford. I would ask for another opinion/service assessment before purchasing any further service.

I need several additional outlets and I want to move a ceiling fan. The plaster has already been removed from the walls so this quote simply includes a conduit from my basement to my second floor and additional outlets. It was twice the price of my other quote. They did expect that replacing the conduit would require two electricians for three days. The electrician that provided the quote also didn't expect scheduling to have two electricians available in the near future.

Everything went great and they were very professional.

Contacted us right away to schedule/we needed a ceiling fan installed in a location where only a light fixture had been. He took care of that right away, installed a dimmer/speed switch, and even checked our existing wiring setup in our bathroom to verify it was done properly. Would use them again- great service.

The company was very responsive when I called. Furthermore, the technician arrived promptly, was well-equipped for the job, and did good work. The doorbell is working just fine now.

Holland came and gave us an estimate for natural gas furnace and central air install, we currently have oil heat. Heather in the office responded to my email right away and called me. She was super friendly and very helpful with scheduling the install.She was genuinely nice to me as was Jeffery who came to our home. I honestly felt like they cared about me and the best interests of my family. I had been given a lot of misinformation about the cost to convert from oil heat to natural gas, and had ridiculously high (verbal) quotes to switch out of oil heat. My husband and I thought that we wouldn't be able to afford to switch to natural gas but Holland proved me wrong, thank God! Their price was phenomenal and so was Jeffery's professionalism. Jeffery was so so helpful, explaining to me the energy savings we will have with our new unit as well as rebates that we will get as well.He worked with us to add a complete cleaning of of our ductwork, as well as the install. So so glad I joined Angie's List. It has paid off immensely already. (Sounding like the commercial now, but so true) Thank You Angie's List!!

The electrician did eventually repair the light but he had to call in a senior electrician to help. There was a short in the wiring to one of the switches (they thought it was a 3-way switch but it ended up being a 4-way). I was told they'd have to cut a hole in the drywall and rewire the whole thing if I wanted it to work with more than 2 switches so I settled on just the 2. It ended up going out again a couple of days later so they had to come back, that's when they realized it was actually a 4-way switch and were able to repair it properly. They charged again for the second visit. They were responsive, easy to get ahold of and came when they said they would but didn't complete the job initially. The GFCI install was fine.
