The furnace repaired was completed very quickly and professionally.

It was an AC emergency, Technician was prompt..and went immediately to work on the issue(s). Turned out it wasn’t my AC but a plumbing issue. Provided specific recommendation. Fast, efficient and friendly. Thanks Mr Holland!

Konnar was very Polite, Knowledgeable & Respectful. He let us know if new products were available for our system and also if we need refills on our filters. Hopefully he will be assigned to our Air Conditioner Cleaning in Spring. That's what I like about Mr. Holland's. In this very busy world I never have to worry about skipping any services scheduled. They always call to remind me that it's time.

Very well, revised circuit breakers to allow for more ampreage in barn and brought barn wiring up to code, all wiring in conduit, and added other features including GFCI, outlet covers, etc.

CROOKED operation. My mother who is a widowed senior was informed during her contractual maintenance that furnace was cracked and leaking. She was given an estimate of approx. $8K to repair because they said A/C should be included as well. We received two other estimates stating that nothing is at all wrong with her furnace and in fact, has several years left. When company was confronted, owner blamed the technician and said he would get to the bottom of it. We've since cancelled her existing contract with them and advise others to do their due diligence in making sure any recommendations from Mr Holland are accurately aligned with the competition.

Mr. Holland's was exceptional from the first phone call to followup courtesy calls after the install. They are very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the process. There customer service, pricing and experience showed in all aspects of this project. Also they have a 10 Labor Warranty! I had a few other estimates and those companies only offer 1-3 years . So would i recommend Mr. Holland's ? A most Definite YES

They explained well the process and discuss any future changes that are coming up with the overall function of the system. They give discounts on the filters and any parts purchased through them. They are pretty top notched. I have used them for over 10 years.

Their professional is good. They are on time and take the time to explain what they are doing. He check my system and found some items that may give me problems in the future. They really do a thorough job.

I have a maintenance contract with them. They follow through if there is a problem.

Scheduled my Preferred Customer annual fall checkup for heating unit a few weeks ago. They cancelled at 8:30 in the morning for a 10:00 appointment. Rescheduled for an appointment between 1-3, they called and said it would be more like 3, then called at 3 to say it would be more like 3:45 to 4. I made plans to help somebody out with something at 4:30, so I had to cancel. Of course, they offered me a $25 discount card on parts, but I had to explain that I already had 3 of these cards, because they cancelled 3 of my last 4 appointments! What they don't seem to understand is that during the last few weeks, I took 12 hours of vacation to be at home for my service and they can't be! I called them to find out what the problem was, look out my window, and one of their trucks is in my next door neighbors driveway! To add insult to injury, the service rep claims that I am getting great value for the Preferred Customer Plan I am in! I have news for you, it is of NO VALUE if you aren't here when I am, and I am out the rest of my $250 annual fee, have burned 12 hours of vacation, and STILL have to pay another company to come in and perform my tune-up. If this is how they treat their preferred customers, I can't imagine how they treat first timers. Just awful.

They come out twice a year for me for heating and air conditioning. It was included in the maintenance agreement. I've not had any problems with my system, so that's the main thing. The workers are very good.

Nothing, because its in my membership. I just dislike their customer service, and I loved their technician. They just didn't have it together. Fantastic. I have already talked to the owner of the company.

They do great work. Their professionalism and attentiveness to details. I think they adhered to their time lines, their schedule.

We have a contract with the heating and air conditioning company, comes and give us a tune up twice a year. I think we pay like $40 - $30 a month for our maintenance program.

I will continue to use them in the future.

They were professional and thorough, but rather aggressive in requesting me to sign up for their program. I won't use again because I've moved out of state.

It went fine. We got the inspection done, but we didn't continue to use them because they were too expensive. The tech was at the home for about an hour. They were able to get me scheduled quickly after I bought the deal.

It turns out okay. They completed and I was sure that it was done correctly. There were no negatives for them. It was okay.

Matt came out on a hot evening with a smile and a great attitude. He was prompt and polite. We even had a great discussion about how things work - from the internet (my hubby) to a/c to power plants and power stations. It was almost like a new friend had stopped by with the ability to fix our problem (for a fee, of course).

It went fine, we used them for a couple small electrical jobs around the house.
