The job went very well. The were punctual and professional and they did a great job on the light fixture installation. I have since used them again for electrical projects at my church with the same great results. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone. You will be pleased!!

They did an overall inspection. I am having them back out to do work on my A/C unit. They were on time and did an excellent job. They installed a light on my front porch. They also intstalled sconce on our kitched wall.

Everything went well, very pleased. I had purchased their $99 for two hours of electric service Angieslist Big Deal (needed materials were an extra $31).

Holland called me to remind me that I had purchased a Big Deal and wanted to make sure I made an appointment. The tech (I think it was John) was on time and had all the necessary hardware for the job. (I had previously emailed some photos of the installation sites so he knew where the outlets would be located, the color of the other switch plates, etc.) The job took just about 2 hours and it was very neatly done. I was surprised that I didn't need any drywall repair and no painting at all. The only additional cost was for the outlets and covers. Great job and great deal.

They were responsive. There work was good.

They are located a little bit away from us. I thought their price was probably the best because that is what that unit goes for. We have used the unit for a couple of weeks. It seems to be fine. They were on time, but they couldn't perform the work as planned originally. The service techs were phenomenal and top of the line when it came to professionalism, but I cannot say the same about the owner of the company. We originally had them come out because there was a special on Angie's List to have a tune-up done. When the service tech came out we opened up the unit and most of it had been destroyed by animals. When it came time to do the work the service tech that was here originally said they had pulled all permits. When it came time to do the work I asked them to show the permits, and they had none. I told them I was sorry and that they couldn't do any work. We checked with our City Hall and they had the proof that those permits were never ever pulled. So they had no intention of even doing any permits. Basically the owner was talking to my husband and I like we were a couple of idiots. He did not want to talk to me in the first place because I was a woman. I really didn't like that. He needs to learn some people skills. There were about seven to eight service vehicles in our driveway just do one air-conditioning unit. There were guys coming in and out trying to get the job done. About half way through before the actual work was done my husband asked them to cancel the contract and asked for our deposit back. The owner got really nasty with us saying we couldn't do that as they had a signed contract. We told him that we could cancel within three days as per the law.

The technician was very pleasant and explained everything as he went along. I was surprised by the number of problematic areas he found and recommended be changed. I ended up joining their service club and I initiated replacement of my home air filter when I was informed that my current air filtration system was not working. There were many more problems found than I had anticipated with a six year old furnace. I accepted the service representatives recommendations. I have had thoughts that it is possible I was oversold services.

Thy spend lot of time saying how great they are. But, when it comes to their prices they are twice more expensive than others. Plus, they refuse to tell you what furnace they will install for you. No mention of compay rebates. The price includes all serverices for ten years. So, is that's what you want to pay an extra $2,500 for go for it. Technically, they could sell you a furnace that's worth $2,000 and charge you $6,300.

They were prompt and professional. They scheduled very well and I appreciated that. The heater is like a quality heater but the air conditioner we haven't thought is cooled quite as well as we'd like. I guess I'm not wholly satisfied with the air conditioner. Overall I think they did a good job.

They did a good job. They did what they said they would do. Their workers were nice and tidy. They were timely. I also got to use the Angie’s List discount coupon with Holland’s One Hour Heating Company for this service.

Bryon the electrician arrived right on the dot and got to work. When he left several hours later, our garage was up to code, and we had working outlets for our electric-start snow blower and other tools.

After installing ceiling fan, Ron spent the next hour or so checking different concerns we had about electrical service. Very friendly and professional. Will contact them for any further electrical work that we need done.

The repairman called 20 minutes prior to arriving. He arrived when he thought he would. He persisted to explain who he was and turned on my air conditioner to perform the diagnosis. After the diagnosis he explained the warranty policy (suggestive selling). I accepted the repair and turned down the warranty. He performed the repair and I've been living in air conditioning bliss ever since then.

We purchased a Big Deal. The service person was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The price was good because we had the Big Deal. We would use them again in the future.

Technician came and performed a thorough checkup of my A/C system including Furnace blower, supply pressure, return pressure, freon levels, condenser/compressor, electrical relays and contacts. He found nothing wrong other than a slightly dirty air filter and normal wear and tear on the compressor relay contacts............................................. That day and night after he left, the temp in my house began to rise steadily until it reached 83 deg. My system always keeps it around 76 without a problem. The next day, the A/C was running NONSTOP from the time he left and still had not cooled the house 1 single degree. I had to call them back and they sent someone out as soon as they could, but, they did not call before arriving and showed up just as I was leaving for an appt. A different technician this time, did another thorough check and found that my freon levels were off ...........HOW THE H*** DO FREON LEVELS CHANGE IN AN INSTANT OVERNIGHT?....They Don't, Period! It is my firm belief that the first technician either inadvertantly or purposely vented some freon, causing me to call them back again, charging me another $180 just to fill the freon. Either way, this is unacceptable. I will never use this company again. I also highly advise against these so called "tune-ups". I believe they are a scam. If your A/C is working, then leave it alone! There is nothing they can do to make your system perform better than it already is. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!

Very efficient estimate process and office follow up after each service contact. Initial installation was scheduled quickly after estimate approved. Technicians were polite and efficient and professional. It took 3 or 4 days to complete the job. They took up floor covering mats and stored their tools out of the way at end of each day. They responded quickly and replaced the thermostat when we had a problem within the first week. There was some confusion between the sales person, the installers and the manager about the number of air return intake vents to be installed or required for efficient function, perhaps caused by vague wording on the work order/ contract. After a few phone calls we accepted the manager's plan. The system works well.

I bought this through an Angie's list special. Thought it was an annual furnace tune up. Turned out it was called a safety inspection. I felt it was a way of getting in a trying to sell me a lot of other services. In the end, when I asked if he cleaned my furnace, he said it was pretty clean. That was after taking a lot of time trying to sell me duct cleaning, replacement tubes (my furnace is only one year old), a service contract, etc. I will go back to the people who installed my furnace.

The person who tuned my furnace was extremely informative and went above and beyond with tips and advice on top of the superior service he provided tuning my furnace. He was very polite, on time, and very thorough. I will certainly be using One Hour's services again.

This company did excellent work, and they are extremely helpful! They arrived early the day after I gave them a call. I initially thought my unit needed a tune-up, but it actually needed to be replaced because it was pumping carbon monoxide throughout my home. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning provided me with space heaters until they were able to perform the installation the following day. I have a maintenance contract with them, so they perform maintenance checks on a regular basis. Also, they are always prompt and responsive when I have questions.

Thoroughly explain what was wrong, what parts perform what function, and explained all of my options. I could only afford 2 out of the 3 repairs he noted (inducer motor showed signs of oil leakage), so there was no sales pressure even with the Comfort Care Package the company offers. I appreciate the parts (except for the motor) to repair the furnace is brought with them in their vehicle. The price seemed right in line with a repair my father had for doing the same work from another company.

Guys were professional, courteous, arrived promptly, finished promptly, explained what they were doing, issues they saw, and all around very pleased with the service.

We looked at Angie's List to select companies for this service. We selected a few that seemed reasonable; however, One Hour had such glowing reviews and they were the only ones on our list to offer a free estimate. The salesman arrived, explained everything and was not high-pressure. We were extremely pleased with all the work done and highly recommend this company!
