Their service was excellent and they were always willing to take my suggestions for updating my plants. They were great, they get all the weeds and they did a really good job.

Lammscapes is the best landscaping company around. I highly recommend their services. From initial concept, to the work being done and clean up, you cannot get a better company to work with. Also, their employees are the best to work with :)

Engaging with Lammscapes makes a huge difference in the enjoyment of my gardens. Before I rarely enjoyed them, as I walked around I only saw the weeds and pruning to be done. Now I see the flowers and enjoy the color.

The project went very well. They completed the work right in time for our family reunion. My backyard is my new relax and unwind place. Thank you Lammscapes! We will be calling for our next drainage project in fall.

Collin did not provide quality customer service, did not listen to what I wanted when designing. I was very clear about not feeling as though my landscaping had "curb appeal." He did not change one thing about the layout of my existing landscaping. The only thing he did was added shrubs! I did not like one thing about his design and was completely unhappy. When I told him that I did not like anything about his plan, I was told: "We can remove all plants around the patio if you are concerned over bugs and overgrowth. With proper maintenance, no plantings in your current design should get to big for their space. This can be subjective though. My idea of big and yours could be different. To best do this, I think if you have some plants you would like me to include on the plan to share with me that would be great. I do have the notes from our meeting but some differ slightly from what you have written here or were not mentioned/written down. The other thing that can lead to some discrepancy is the subjective nature of design. What seems whimsical and airy may not seem the same to you. This is why some recommendations from you on specifics that you like might go along way to achieving a design you like. I am happy to hear you are aware of the importance of choosing plants that actually work/grow well around here too. It sounds like, based on your experiences, you have found a few that typically do work around here, have not, on your specific site. Before rushing into a new draft/drawing, I believe achieving a list of plants that will work for you and site are best. Once we have done this, I believe a final draft may fit you better." After several emails Collin told me that I have a problem with communication! The only problem here is that he wasn't doing what I hired him to do. I have since been to Lambs and the ladies that work in the yard has NO PROBLEM with me communicating what I was trying to achieve. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO LAMBS DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTUMER SERVICE PROVIDE JUST BECAUSE OF COLLIN DUNN

Weather played a major role in delays in starting the project (snow storms in April, extremely wet spring). Our landscape architect was professional and responsive. He was prompt in answering questions and made sure the job got done right. The landscaping crew worked diligently and efficiently and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. The new lawn is coming in nicely, patio looks great. There were a couple minor glitches along the way, all resolved to our satisfaction. Also we were assured that should any issues arise over the next year the company would resolve them.

We originally accepted the quote & submitted payment on November 4th, 2016. It took several weeks and lots of follow up for them to finally come out and complete the services, in part, due to the winter weather, and in part because it was such a small job, that we were very low priority. Also, communication was very "spotty". We'd get a call one day to expect them, only to have them not show up or get a call that they wouldn't be able to arrive, as another job took too long, etc. Finally, in late February, they called to say they would be there, and they came and performed the work as contracted. They quickly removed the bush & trimmed the trees, but had to return the next day to remove the stump & fill in the hole, & seed. Overall, we were satisfied with the work, but the communication was a bit lacking.

The work was done. It was not done well. I would call it adequate. To say we are disappointed in the quality of the workmanship would be an understatement. For more than $21,000, we expected the final product to be professionally finished. We are asked often if we did it ourselves. That is not the look we were going for when we contracted with a landscape professional. Plus, despite repeated assurances from Lammscapes that they would repair the damage done to our lawn, it is still riddled with bare patches. They've had since Memorial Day weekend to fix it. I wish we had hired a different company. If keeping within a modest budget is your top priority, you might want to consider Lammscapes. Particularly if you don't mind putting in a fair share of sweat equity. Cost wasn’t our only consideration, but we were sold on their professed pride in workmanship and commitment to quality as a family-owned business. Sadly, they over-promised and under-delivered. They are very nice people. I do not recommend their work.

We paid money down and it took two months for us to get them to respond to even tell us when we could get on their schedule They didn't put edging around the rock and mulching. They didn't explain you have the option of natural edging. ( which is NONE) or the plastic edging which is what we have always had. The weed barrier they put down was letting weeds and grass through in just weeks after they did the work. The trees they planted were sparse and sickly from the get go. We emailed them pictures of the trees asking them to replace them and have yet to hear back from them.

They were here on time, did a good job, they cleaned up really good. I will use them again. They did a good job in taking care of the matters I asked for. One young man did some work for me that was not included in the contract. He did not have to do that. They really went above and beyond.

They did a real nice job and representative gave a design and sketch and estimate prior to providing service.

Horticulturist first visited and, due to size of job, recommended having landscape designer do whole plan which is what we wanted. The fee was $375, which was high compared to other quotes but we considered it a total payment for services of designer and horticulturist. While everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, it took much longer to get delivery of trees. In the same time we selected other trees from another nursery and had them delivered before Lamm was able to give us a delivery date. The other nursery also gave us better options to plant ourselves. We are pleased with plant recommendations and quality from Lamms. Prices are better on some items and more on others.

They did a good job and the price was pretty good too. I was happy with their work and would recommend them to others.
