After waiting over 3 weeks for a revised quote we received the following email from Mr. Marrs: Hello Marie, My schedule has erupted with go a heads on previously bid work with several former clients. I'm afraid this has booked me out well into winter. As much as I would like to help with your bathroom remodel, I feel I need to pass and focus on the projects in front of me. I wish you the best with yours. Thank you, Brian Marrs

We were looking forward to a great experience with Marrs Construction, however, Mr. Marrs did not contact us again after viewing our project.

Working with Marrs Construction was a great experience. Pricing was competitive, work was done when promised and we are pleased with the quality.

I hired Olivieri and Co.and Brian, of Marrs Construction, was the partner on the job. I could not be happier with the work the did on my townhome. Everything I asked for they did in a timely and completely professional way. They were not thrown when I changed my mind; helped with decisions; and the work was absolutely perfectly executed. I developed so much faith in them that I left for a month with instructions on what to do. They contacted me weekly and sent pictures of the progress to put my mind at ease. When I got home, everything was finished to my total satisfaction. I now have a gorgeous studio space, kitchen island and bathroom. They are able to do small jobs or large ones. I recommend them without qualification.
