Kremer Brothers Construction Co. is a referral-based contractor. Over 90% of our business is gained through referrals from former clients. Unlike other local contractors, we do not believe in high-pressure sales or aggressive embellished advertising campaigns. We know if we adhere to our own high standards, that our clients will share their positive experiences with Though KBCC has technically only been in business since 2009, do not let the date fool you. We have been MN and WI licensed contractor since 2004 and have managed literally 1000’s of exterior renovation projects in that time. KBCC offers a 5-year labor warranty on all work we perform. We also offer free upgraded manufacturer warranties covering homeowners, in many cases, for 50 years or longer.

Annoyed and disappointed he didn't have the curtesy to let us know he wasn't able or wiling to do the work.
Description of Work: Simon gave us a bid about 5 or 6 years ago when most of the roofs on our block suffered hail damage. Despite needing a roof we were not able to get one at the time though all of our neighbors were happy with his work. Once we were able to afford to replace the roof Simon promptly came out to give us an estimate this was May of this year 2017. We told him we wanted him to do the roof and he said he was three weeks out. I followed up with him and he did drop off some samples. In August I asked him to give us an estimate of when he could do our roof and we never heard back from him. Tried one more time in September but have decided it's time to find someone else.

Simon has priced and sized the window out and will be installed and delivered soon.
Description of Work: Full huge Bay window in my main floor living area. Weather seal a double door as well. BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I hate putting great review out about his company because now others will know and start taking up his time. But his workmanship is honestly the best and I'd be proud to have him do all of the work around Hudson.

Simon went above and beyond. He came over immediately and made the roof safe then he scheduled an appointment to take care of it. He did all the paperwork for the insurance and when they tried to lowball the claim he went to bat for me. Best service ever.
