Dan and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. The floors look amazing and we have received many compliments. We would highly recommend Integrity Flooring.

An excellent job in every respect. The 55 year old floors are now beautiful, even in the corners & edges. The vacuum system worked great and we were unable to find any dust residue in the house after the crew left. The work was done on time and as scheduled, at a fair & reasonable price for such high quality work. Am very glad we hired these guys for this job, and highly recommend them.

Owned and operated by vets. They refinished our floors and did an amazing job. Jason and Bryce had the knowledge, skills and ability to demonstrate excellent workmanship on a floor that had had a hard life for 40 years from pets, kids and furniture. They were on time, courteous, and very hard workers that stuck to the job until they reached a stopping point each day, regardless of the hours. And their price was lower than most of the contractors that I had interviewed (mostly on Angie's List).

Dan and his guys do great work. I wasn't completely happy with the floor refinishing, so the guys came back out and completed it to my 100% liking. Very easy to work with. I will use them whenever I need anything to do with flooring again. Can't say enough about how happy we are with how the floor turned out and the level of service we got.

It went very well. The two employees were professional, courteous and punctual. The quality of the workmanship is great and the hardwood floor looks beautiful. The only minor caveat is some seal coat splashed onto our stainless refrigerator and it was not wiped off. Overall, Integrity Flooring did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to resurface their hardwood floor. John

Crew arrived at time scheduled, communication was great, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. There was a hiccup in communication, but James was very responsive, easy to contact and made the situation right.

It was a little rocky. I assumed they were going to stain it to match the stairway but this was not in the estimate. We both should have talked about that. Overall they did what they said they were going to do. They did complete the job but for an additional fee.

It went very well. They arrived when they said they would, finished earlier than original estimate. The floors look great. Would recommend.

James and his family are a delight to work with. He did meticulous work replacing our siding, helping design and then install the new heating system, and replacing all our interior doors and trim. His crew did a beautiful job restoring our pine plank floors on the upper level and installing/finishing cherry flooring on the main level. In six short weeks our house went from trashed to treasured - a place we love to call "home".

Integrity sanded and resurfaced the maple floors in our kitchen using their dustless system and UV hardening process. Their advertising is true - there is minimal dust and odor during the process - and we were able to move our kitchen table and chairs back on the floor literally within minutes of finishing. The process took about 2 days in all, and I can't believe the difference. This is how an experience should go. Our floor looks new. All the crew were very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Online billing and invoicing system was handy to track payment. Their costs are very competitive, and I can't say enough good things about them. We did get two bids for the work, and Integrity's was the lowest.

This could not have been a better experience from start to finish. The bid was timely and the crew arrived promptly on the expected date. Because the job was going to take three days and involved my bedroom, I decided it was easier to take a mini-vacation at a local motel. They crew kept me informed via texts throughout the process. Although he floors were not in bad shape before, but the improvement is noticeable and they look terrific!

Wonderful. Our new floor is beautiful and matches our existing flooring perfectly. Someone from the company called each day to let us know their schedule, and then they were prompt. Dan and Tyler are true artisans and were enjoyable to watch as they worked in our home.

I have a mixed feeling on it. They re-did my hardwood floors and it was a healthy price and now it feels rough. I called the gentleman back twice and he was gonna come out and he didn't come out. He didn't really honor what he said he was gonna do. When you ran your hand across it and it feels like sandpaper in the seams. It's not what I expected. I think they were prompt, they showed up on the job on time and they finished when they said they're gonna be finished. I would say they are professional all around with the exception of the actual work completed.

They were awesome! They did everything I asked them to do and then some! They used red oak and stained and sealed it to perfection! I would hire them again in a minute! Thanks guys for doing such a great job for me!!

Worked with James Kreager to get an estimate of work. James directed me to a local hardwood wholesale company to pick out the type of wood and finish. We discussed many options for entry way as well as how to match the height of new floor with bathroom floor and exiting kitchen floor. James worked with my general contractor to schedule installation as the whole house was renovated. They installed the floor, sanded and put on two coats of finish and returned later when the rest of the house was finished to put on the final coat as well as install the bathroom floor. Every thing went perfectly. They also used a custom trailer vacuum system that left no dust while sanding the floor. Could not have happier with the result.

They were very responsive and flexible to our schedule and needs. Very professional and friendly staff and workers. You can tell that they do in fact have integrity through the way they treat you and eachother and that they care about the work they do. I would definatly hire them again!

They did a very nice job. They were prompt and got it done in a fashionable manner. We were very pleased with service. We are hiring them to install tile flooring.

I sent an email to several companies right after Christmas. They were first to respond and did a good job to help us understand what was and was not possible. Several other companies called or came to give a quote. they all seemed very competent, but he prices varied quite a bit, and some took several days to submit a quote. Integrity showed up exactly at the time and days needed to do the first half of the floors. They were cordial and respectful, and really stuck to the job. They left everything neat and clean. We will have him refinish the second half in a couple of weeks. We can hardly believe these are the same floors. We definitely highly recommend hem.

The floor turned out great and took multiple trips back to the house -- first to ay the floor, but then to stain, sand and apply the finishing coat. We were mostly impressed by their attention to the details and wanting to finish the floor so that it would look its best when the kitchen was complete. We had a big delay getting the stove delivered and instead of just coming in a finishing the floor before the stove arrived he adjusted his schedule to do the final coat when everything was installed and complete in the kitchen. That way we didn't risk any scratched or dents in the new floor. I was also impressed with how well they were able to blend the color with the old floor and finish that we did not have done in the bedrooms. The floor looks great, he gave great instructions regarding care and followed up afterwards as well. Very professional,

The crew came out when scheduled. They were friendly, answered all questions, kept the construction mess to the minimum. The floors turned out beautifully and everyone has commented on how great they look. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and how great they were to work with on our project.

Overall my experience with them was very good. They were very personable and provided high quality work. They were detail oriented and very good.

The project went very well and was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent.

It went poorly. A two day job ended up taking two weeks. They had to buff the floor, sand the floor two separate times, stain two times, and re-varnish six times. We are very unhappy with the end result but can not continue to sand down the wood or we won't have anything left ! They ruined our floor. We had to ask for money off because of the experience. They responded right away and they always showed up.

I was very happy with their work. Their actual finished product was excellent. It was nice as I had expected. Their professionalism was above average. I would use their service in the future too.
