Everything was done very well and quite fast. They were very helpful over the phone answering questions and providing an estimate over the phone. They were a little better price then the competition and I can say the work and product was never compromised. They came out and quickly put in the system and its been working perfectly for over 6 months so far.

Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone! He is a very hard and conscientious worker.

The appointment went well. He was punctual and courteous. He was professional and called back after couple of weeks to check on the status.

Dave is great. He responds to phone calls immediately. Work was scheduled promptly. He was on time for his appointment. He explained what he was going to do (flags first), then had me bring the puppy out. He had treats to establish a rapport with the dog. He took the dog through the training exercises, then thoroughly explained to me what he did. He had me take the dog through a second "mini-training session" to make sure I understood what to do with the dog. He left us with a sheet of clear, concise, instructions for training, and told us to call him if we had any questions or encountered any unusual behavior issues with training. Our other dog was very happy to see Dave and Cindy--he remembers Dave from previous training! We will definitely continue to use Hidden Fence to keep our dogs safe from the road!

I contacted Dave from a referral in early April. He returned my call almost immediately. We set up an appointment for consultation. He was right on time. Dave presented his product like a true professional. I called Dave back about a week later, and he came out (on time again) to install a temporary loop because the ground was still frozen, and spent quality time to teach me the proccess to train my dog. On Sunday the 29th, Dave came to my property to do the final install. Again very prompt, and on time. Over this time frame I had called Dave on a few occasions with questions regarding the training. He almost always answered his phone even at odd hours, and on weekends. If he didn't answer I got a call back almost immediately. Dave was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Our Siberian Husky mix had a bad experience in the past with a shock collar from a previous owner. We wanted to let her run free but realized that she would run into the road unless chained up always outside which we did not want to do. So we turned to this company with no great hopes but as a last resort since we cannot afford to fence in our property as we would have had to given her digging abilities. Bottom line is that the fence and collar work wonderfully and we have not had a moment of worry. This is not a real cheap deal but we feel the cost was well worth the peace of mind and security we now enjoy.
