Donahue Roofing did an amazing job at my home. Communication and quality was excellent. They advocated for me with my insurance company and I don't think my insurance would have paid nearly as much without Keeleys help. She submitted lots of extra pictures showing the hail damage. With their large crew they re-roofed my large two story home with a wrap around porch and the oversized two car garage in one long day, and cleaned it all up. I'd never go anywhere else.

The project went well though the sudden onset of winter delayed its start until this year. They don't take chances with bad weather and an open roof and that's a good thing though it requires a bit of patience on your part. Dave made it painless with him taking care of most all of the dealings with the insurance company and taking care of any concerns I had- he went up and inspected the roof to make sure it would survive until spring arrived. As a former roofer I can only say the crew was awesome- they stripped and installed well over 30 squares of shingles on a house with multiple gables in less than a day. The workmanship was top notch with nice, even straight edges and the clean up was phenomenal- they left it better than they started. The CertainTeed Landmark shingles look great- the brochure/ online pictures don't do the color pattern justice and because Donahue Roofing is certified by CertainTeed as a "Select Shinglemaster", you get a much better warranty. One big reason we chose Donahue Roofing is that they've been around 30 years and are a local company- if there is an issue you know who and where to call unlike the "stormchasers" who pack up and leave town after the job is done.

Excellent job from bidding to billing. They were patient while we had trees removed and always punctual. Crew was hardworking and cleaned up well. The owner came by the next day to make sure all nails were removed after the dumpster was picked up. I have already recommended them to others.

Prompt response. Did not use because they were unable to provide service in a timely manner for siding work. They had adequate crewing for roofing, but the siding crews they had were too busy with the substantial storm damage in the area.

We had gotten 2 estimates from 2 other roofers and were just not satisfied with them. The first one wanted to do more than was necessary for twice the price and the second one seemed fine but then never called back! Donahue was redoing the roofs of all of the condos on our block and we were impressed with how fast they worked and how clean and efficient they were. Mr. Donahue was on site most of the time and we talked to him and he came and gave us an estimate. The roofers came when schedules and there were several men on the crew who worked well together. They were very respectful and cleaned up the yard as they went. We live in a large house and they were very good about cleaning up all around outside when they were done. It has rained some since the work was done so I believe it was a good job.

They arrived on time with an adequate crew. They put a new ridge vent on the house. They protected all our plants well and used a magnet to remove nails all around both structures. They did everything we were quoted. The increased air flow from the new ridge vent reduced our air conditioning bills this summer and helps hold heat this fall. We are very pleased with this company.
