I cannot recommend CML Construction enough. He was very communicative, gave frequent updates, and the results were AMAZING! No one gave me a quote that was even close to what his was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Chad and his team are phenomenal at roofing and window needs. They have done numerous jobs for our Fraternity over the years including shingle roofing, flat roofing, and patio doors. His attention to detail as well as working with Minneapolis codes and permitting has made every job very easy and flawless for our organization. I recommend him for residential and commercial jobs as he is always quick to respond and work with what you need to achieve.

CML construction, LLC is a company that you want to look for and work with. Chad provided excellent customer service to me on this project. He responded quickly to emails, got me my quote within 48 hours, and did the work to the point and degree that it was as though they were doing it for their own family. The pricing offered was extremely fair without compromising on quality of workmanship and materials. The detail that they gave to completing the facia on my roof was unbelievable. They measured and remeasured and took the time to make it right. The team that Chad sent over was personable, kind, and considerate. When they weren't sure of something, they weren't afraid to ask questions for clarification and they just didn't bulldoze forward in the project without an answer. I am very pleased with this company and their professionalism and the quality of work, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing, siding or construction needs. If I have a project that comes up in the future, I would, without hesitation hire them again.

I hired CML Construction,, LLC to install metal siding on my tiny house as well as complete my roof. Chad and his team did such an excellent job. They showed up to the job site timely every day and didn't take any breaks, but sat in the van during lunchtime just to stay warm, and when they weren't in the van, they were out in the cold weather, completing my install. Their attention to detail just blew my socks off. It looks so much better than even I imagined, and I cannot wait to show it off to my family and friends. The concern was ice dam damage. It was great working with chad at cml. He was on top of everything and always responded right away with any questions or concerns throughout the process. New interior sheet rock and insulation and a new roof all turned out great and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks John
