Overall it was great. Loved the price and the quality. Literally 1/2 of what my first quote was and $5,000 less than the second quote. Steve had great interactions with my child, who liked watching him work through the window.

The owner, Steve Bohl, did reply promptly to the first request to quote. then we wanted to add an additional downspout for a total of 5. The last one was to be in the middle of the front in maple versus green over the rest of the house. They started the job for two days before July 4th week. In fact Steve was there on the first day during old gutter removal. After that is was done by his crew. After a week off for the 4th. They resumed work at the end of the next week. While on the 2nd to last day I stopped by and told by the gutter guy that 4 downspouts are better and that what they did. We did want to go with the plan for 5 downspouts at $4000. The crew did a good job keeping the worksite clean after each day. There was only minimal loose chips n' stuff around the yard. All in all the job was done to acceptable satisfaction and is holding up well. The soffits seal to the house and fascia nice and tight. The gutters have supports at 16-20" spacings and is very rigid. There was a slight dispute over the final cost but is went according to what was quoted. On the week after the job was done I sent in payment for the balance of the original $3800 quote since there was only 4 downspouts. Attached I resent the updated quote that I had changed because we added some feet to the fascia calculation as I see it in notes. I can?t remember what that was. The 5 downspouts were in the original quote and then we added the extra fascia and were able to work the gutters to be only 4 downspouts. It?s all good. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you, Steve Bohl
