+ 0 moreOur original contact with Blaiser pools was for an estimate for an in-ground pool, as our above ground had become unusable. Joe took the time to explain options, and provided us with a detailed estimate. When it was clear to us that at this time it would not be an option, Joe offered to take a look at the above ground pool we have, and see what he could do. Given that the local pool store, where the pool was purchased lacked any sense of customer service (not even able to provide us with the cost of a replacement liner), we were grateful to have Blaiser Pools, Joe, to help us. Joe took care of our project from start to finish; although there were a couple of glitches along the way, Joe was able to trouble shoot and find the solution to get our pool back up and running. He was straight forward in his estimate, detailing all costs, and provided us with options. He was punctual, courteous and certainly knows pools! We certainly would not hesitate to contact Blaiser pools for future work, or to recommend Joe to others.
Description of Work: Provider replaced liner of our above ground pool, added a 'padded bottom', replaced our chlorination system, replaced sand in filtration system.
