Description of Work: Replaced 4 garage windows and did maintenance free exterior trim and weather stripping on screen door.

 + 3 moreThis is the third time that Randy has done work for us. The first time we met him, we could tell that he is a trustworthy and honest professional. I know Randy is capable of the larger remodeling jobs but we continue to call him for miscellaneous repair and replace jobs and he is always responsive to our needs.
Description of Work: Randy took care of a long list of miscellaneous handyman work on our house. He stained and hung all new bedroom doors, fixed a sliding door off the deck, fixed a window, replaced a window screen, replaced the outdoor garage light fixtures, and hung a ceiling fan. .

 + -1 moreHe removed all of the tree and removed too much of the rose tree. He pressure washed the back side of the house and broke the flashing. He also cracked open the trim on the inside of the home. He was very pleasant, and prompt. I have had no contact from him since the winter time, but he did say to give him a call. He did not do a great gutter cleaning job.
Description of Work: Clean gutters, trim branches of rose tree, clip any branches over the fence.

 + 3 moreTHE $35.00 PAID FOR WORK IS A PER HOUR CHARGE. HANDYMAN RANDY IS NEAT, ORGANIZED, DOES GOOD WORK, HONEST, AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH. I HAVE HAD HIM BACK MULTIPLE TIMES FOR DIFFERENT JOBS AND AM HAVING HIM BACK FOR MORE JOBS.
