I would definitely recommend this company for flooring and installation. A closet floor needed leveling, I wasn't told about an additional cost, when the invoice was sent I mentioned that, my balance due was removed and I owed nothing more. They did an amazing job and I love my new waterproof plank floors. The extra planks were left with me and I appreciate that!!! Was a little miffed that one of the installers was a smoker and took at least 4 smoke breaks (outside) during the installation .

Had maple floors in kitchen, dining room and foyer refinished and had new maple installed in living room. Looks beautiful and the experience was great! The guys were extremely courteous and friendly.

Floors look beautiful!!!! only issues were they didn t show up for our quote the first time, tried to push our start day a day out the day before it was gonna happen( everything we owned was moved out already) wouldn t been so inconvenient they were able to rearrange some things to start on time and still ended up taking an extra day to finish project. Didn t handle our bedroom doors with much care and will need to probably repaint as they are dinged up and bathroom door has a decent size stain splatter. But overall floors are GORGEOUS!

I am so thankful for the wonderful job they did! They were professionals throughout the process. We love our floors, they look awesome!! The attention to detail was outstanding!! I would highly recommend Ideal Custom Flooring LLC. We will be using them again for our next project. 😊

Still cleaning up sawdust, but very pleased with the result. We'll surely hire them again for our future projects. The pricing is fair, and the quality of the products, instillation, and refinishing are excellent.
