Very straight forward. Friendly driver pulled up to the front of the house, reversed into the driveway. Came out of the cab, introduced himself, and went through what he was going to do. He took the covers off each of the 3 tanks. He let me know what each one of them was for and how it worked. Saw the type of filter installed in the system and commented it was one of the best ones, due to surface area effectiveness and easy to clean. Each tank was then pumped clean. He washed the filter and reinstalled it and put all the covers back onto each of the tanks. We both walked the mound and checked each cross drain inspection tube. He made a couple of recommendations to keep things maintained, including rinsing the filter once per year. He wrote up the invoice, handed me an information packet that included some coupons and a packet of beneficial bacteria. Job done. Very professional. Very friendly. Very informative. Great price.

These should definately be done when buying a rural property. Make sure to have your drainage feild jetted.

Requested service on late Friday and they fit me into their Monday schedule. Service was not an emergency, but fit my scheduled travel. They arrived as scheduled, promptly pumped tank, and found missing exit baffle. That afternoon they arrived to repair baffle, while tank remained substantially empty. They were very professional and freely provided advice to maintain the system. I intend to use they ever 3 years for tank pumping going forward.
