Description of Work: We decided to put off our central air replacement but when we decide to move forward with this purchase we will be using Sure-Fire Inc. |They answered all my questions and were very professional, no pressure to move forward just assured me when we decide to move forward they would be happy to answer any further questions.

+ -1 moreI have a service contract with them and called at 5:00 AM when I found out the furnace wasn't heating. The answering service paged a tech, but I didn't hear anything until their service shop called at 7:00. Promised a tech by 7:30. Tech showed up at 8:00 and remedied the problem. While it would have been nice to be notified that a tech would not be immediately available, the tech did resolve my no-heat emergency promptly once he did arrive. BTW - outside temp was -18 when I noticed the furnace was not working.
Description of Work: Provided emergency furnace repair.

Description of Work: They came to clean our heater and air conditioner for maintenance work. They looked at our air conditioner as well and found a bad part. They gave us the option but said it would help down the road to install a new part. I had them install the part.

+ -1 moreThey are always professional and easy to deal with. They clean up as if they have never been there. If something doesn't work, they are right there to take care of it. They helped us make it through the last two years with the old furnace, scrounging for parts and making it work until we could afford a new one.
Description of Work: Sure-Fire installed a new furnace to replace the old furnace they installed almost 30 years ago. The service we have gotten from them over the years has been wonderful, even in the dead of winter and the middle of the night.

Description of Work: They came to do a tune up on our furnace. Three months later, our furnace stopped working. Since they charge more on Saturdays, wee used a different company. The other company found the A-coil clogged, which is why our furnace stopped working. The technician was surprised, that it wasn't found by Sure Fire in Jan.

+ -1 moreThey came over on time and completed the whole job in 2 hours. Excellent worksmanship and professional.
Description of Work: I called for many bids for a new furnace. I wanted something efficent but not expensive. Surefire came through on both accounts and also gave me more options to save money such as me removing the old furnace. They also capped an old chimney chute that was no longer in use, and then gave me a form to send to energy provider for a $200 rebate. Great work, service, would go there first again.
