I asked him to add some outlets to the utility room and also to add an outlet to the front wall in the garage where my work bench was. I have a water softner ready to install when the outlet is installed. There was also an issue with a light fixture in the kitchen that had been installed by him during construction of the home. Stetter was the contractor on the home when it was built in 2010 so I figured he would be the one to handle any updates and services. Also my neighbor had recommended him as she said he was a nice guy. To date, I have not heard back from him after leaving more messages about where he was on doing my job. His lack of responsiveness annoys me. If he is too busy, say so, but don't ignore me. My patience is being tested and am about ready to call another electrician.

Owner came over to look at my kitchen remodel project. He'd been recommended both on Angie's list and by my next door neighbor (his cousin). I knew he was busy and gave him several opportunities to bow out. I said I had no problem going elsewhere, he just needed to let me know. He kept insisting that he could get it done. Said he'd email me an estimate and I never heard from him again. I called, got his voicemail, left a message, no return call. I think he's having growing pains with his business but with this kind of treatment he won't be growing too long!

They are fast, friendly, courteous, and affordable. I absolutely would use them again.

They worked closely with me on my timeline of remodeling my house. They worked directly with the electric company for the new pedestal and arranging the power to be turned off. They came in, worked efficiently, and got the job done right. Very happy with the results. Recommend them for many types of electrical work.
