Work started around two months after contract start date. It has now been nearly a year later and I still don't have all the siding on the house, a decision was made that my windows didn't need replacement by the contractor on his own without consulting me and never told me of this decision until I asked him about the windows. Apparently he had someone from the local lumber company in my house without me knowing it and they discussed my windows and made the decision for me without consulting me. I still have no downspouts on my house and still have the old gutters. The contract states replace gutters with seemless gutters and gutter caps. Here it is August 2013 and he is not answering my calls in regards to the work that is still undone. I had a friend come and put my house numbers back on and hang the porch lights that were left laying on the floor of the front porch. They still have garbage here that needs to be disposed of and am still picking up nails from last fall when someone actually 'worked' for a few days whenever they felt like coming?
Description of Work: What did the provider do? NOT stick to the contract and not finish the agreed upon job! Some of the job I found out have been subbed out - without informing me. I feel that as long as I am paying for the services I have the right to know WHO is actually doing the work.
