Excellent people to work with. They do a great job of cleaning up.

It happened long distance, as I am presently living out of state for a job. Kristine and I did business by phone, and my daughter reported that the tree was gone. The stump removal will come later, at which time they will check on removal of a stump in the backyard as well.

Kristine's bid was about half of someone else's bid, so we were a little hesitant, thinking possibly the quality would lacking. Kristine was very knowledgeable, and they had been recommended by a friend, so we went with them. I very glad we did. No regrets. Everything was great. She gave reasons why we should or should not take down certain trees. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, were very thorough, cleaned up everything before leaving. They don't use the large machinery, which was great for us since access to our backyard is narrow. I did get nervous watching the workers hanging from the trees, sometimes upside down, to get at the branches! They knew exactly what they were doing! They were a bit slow to come out and quote me on the cost of trimming a dying tree and they do not promise a service date. However, they have an arborist on staff and they are extremely knowledgeable. While they were here quoting the cost to slow the death of one tree and trimming another away from the utility lines, they suggested trimming the other mature tree on the property. I also had a 4th tree that I wanted removed. For all of this they quoted $350.00, which seemed reasonable given that I can't do the job myself. On the day they arrived, I decided to keep the 4th tree, but instead have them remove a full grown arborvitae instead that was awkwardly placed in my garden. This was done with no damage to the surrounding plants, amazingly! Today, I received the invoice and it was nearly $100 UNDER the quoted price. I cannot recommend their services enough and will definitely use them again.

I called this tree service hoping to get an estimate on removing some trees from my property. I left a voice mail asking for someone to call me back. After receiving no calls from them, I again called, and again my call went to voice mail. I left my address and phone number and what I needed done. Finally, someone called. Since I was at work, I let the call go to voice mail. A person who identified herself with this tree service left a message asking for my address and a description of the trees I wanted to have removed. She said that once I did that they would send someone to make an estimate. I called back and gave them, for the third time, my name, phone number, address, and a description of the trees I wanted removed. After all of that, no one has contacted me. This has taken place over a period of about two weeks.

We were very happy with the work that was done. The "fair" grade on responsiveness refers to waiting for someone to come over and give us an estimate. They are a small company and don't have several people to do estimates. But once the work begins, it's quick and very professional. Nothing was left to chance and safety was a top priority. All large branches were carefully cut and lowered by ropes. No chance of any damage to the house from falling debris. They even cut up the wood into firewood length for us to use in the wood stove. Everything was cleaned up before they left. This was not a butcher job you see done so often under the name of "tree trimming". There was no "topping" but carefully planned trimming. The walnut tree looks great even with the large branches gone.

They are extremely professional, well equipped to to the job, very friendly, very safety conscience, neat and organized. They work very well as a team!! They don't waste time. They do what they say they will do. I was extremely well pleased with the job they performed for me. I would definately hire them again!! And I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
