+ -1 moreThe Harbaughs were great; confirmed the timimg of the job, cleaned the carpets beautifully, and followed up with a phone call a couple days afterward. The carpet in the TV room, where we too often eat, and that we thought was beyond saving, got a new life. Stains out! This process is wetter than others, but very effective. I’d recommend care in staying off it until it is comletely dry.

Description of Work: We have used Harbaugh Cleaning service for three or four years now and they always do a great job. They call the day before to confirm the time and date, and they call a couple of days after the service to make sure everything is OK. Very friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreThey did areally good job. They came with furniture guards, which I appreciated. They were very mindful of keeping my house undamaged or wet. They were delightful people, as well. It's a family business, and they communicated very clearly with me. They also called the next day to check to see if it was done to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I highly recommend the harbaugh's!! I have 2 little dogs who have occasional accidents in the house so I have my carpet cleaned a couple times per year. This is the first company that has been able to get the smell out completely and at an affordable price. They are also very friendly and professional.

+ 0 moreJim was professional, thorough and friendly. He went the extra mile - and included a couple of small oriental rugs that were not in the estimate. He worked determinedly to get out spots that we had not even noticed! The carpets are soft, fluffy and a joy to walk on again. And everything was dry in less than 24 hours! I'd have Jim and his crew come back again, and highly recommend his work.
