+ -1 moreHe soaked the carpet with perfumes/odor killers, but never extracted the excess. The stains were unphased. He would not come back. Told the tenant he would refund her $200 payment, but she hasn't received the $$ yet. After 4 days of heat, fans and a dehumidifier running constantly, I had to tear out carpet, tear out the soaked pad, waste more time drying the wood floors and then permanently seal the wood, before installing new pad and carpet. Find a carpet cleaner that can extract what they put in and honor their word.
Description of Work: Tenant needed special carpet cleaning treatment for animal issues. Ryan assured he could do it and that he would come back without cost if either tenant or I were dissatisfied.

He fit me in and did a great job. He went above and beyond and I was duty bound to pay him more than the price he quoted in light of the great service.
