"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I have a two door LP stove and had to replace the windows. I requested glass for a two door stove and the owner ordered glass for a single door stove. I had to pay a $30.00 re-stocking fee because she would not admit she made the mistake. I called back a second time and asked her again to order glass for a two door stove. I called one week later to ask if the glass was in and an employee informed me the order had not been submitted. The employee put my order in and he ordered the correct part. All of this took over one month. It is December and I haven’t been able to use my stove this entire time."

Now I am stuck with a broken washer and the wife decided because I was complaining about the lack of communication by her she would not fix my washer anymore. "American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R."
