+ -1 moreDo Not Trust Clint He has lied to City Inspectors and The US Postal Service and other La Crosse City Departments about his operations of the Ex : Maple Grove Motel, which he bought when the city didn't due to safety issues,then he rents out the rooms as apartments. Power outages everyday. No On site security or management! City should shut him down 👇! So he's now a Landlord ! Just what the city needs is Another Slumlord ! Just an example Of my dealings with him. Use YOUR OWN judgement if dealing with him or any of his Businesses!

+ 2 moreDon't work with CM Construction from Holmen Don't expect Clint's wife to work with you on communicating unless it's to make excuses Do find another contractor to work with
Description of Work: New Home Construction -wiring was done incorrectly in kitchen (reversed polarity) paid for repair out of pocket -siding is not hung correctly (bottom of some pieces not hooked to piece above it) HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED -doors were not hung when they were promised -project not completed when promised -home not left clean and 'move in ready' -homeowner had to complete trimwork finishing -limited response when informing CM of the challenges listed above
