Very positive. I would definitely recommend him, and I will absolutely call him again. However, please note: DO NOT CONFUSE TWO COMPANIES WITH SIMILAR NAMES! This company is Lake Country Home Services, run by Dean Urbanowski -- highly recommended. It is not the same company as Lake Country Repair, which LG does not authorize.

Actually it was only a house call so it was $45 or $50. They were actually really good. The price was fine. Their responsiveness was very good.

They (Dean) was recommended as 'the best' by the people that sold us all our new kitchen appliances. We now totally agree and highly recommend. Great attitude. Dean also helped me by recommending a water softener expert. Could see I had a problem by the chalky residue on inside of dishwasher.

The technician arrived on time did diagnosed and informed me compressor need to be replaced. He returned after 1 hour and went to work until job was done. He did a great job and I will use him again if required.

Six year old LG refrigerator/freezer not working. Lights on, but no cold air. I called about 10am, and he arrived, got the job done and was out before noon on same day. Replaced starter. Cleaned floor around and behind fridge before leaving. What more can you ask for?

Dean knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the parts with him and did a very efficient job in accomplishing the repair. We were very impressed and will definitely call him again when we need work done on any of our appliances.

He arrived as scheduled and completed the work quickly and completely.

He called and said he'd be out in morning & was there by 8:30 AM, done around 9:00. Very friendly and efficient. I was very fortunate to find someone who fixes this type of dishwasher. I've had him out before.

Dean from Lake Country called within the hour and was at my house the next morning by 8:00 am. They found a loose electrical wire and fixed it. The worker was neat, knowledgeable and friendly. I will use this company for any future appliance repairs I need.

Recommended by LG to service the refrigerator. Able to get scheduled in less than 1 week, called morning of appt. to say they were on the way, arrived on time & completed job in less than one hour. I would hire them to do other appliance repairs.

Dean called before he came at the early end of the time window I was given. He was friendly, but got straight to work. I like that he had the part with him. They asked for the model number when I set up the appointment. This meant that he didn't have to return. It would have been nice if the $49.95 service call went to some labor charges.

They returned messages promptly and were good about calling ahead to confirm their arrival. Punctual. Knowledgeable.

I had a burner that was not working on my stove top. I had first had a different appliance repair come out but they could not figure out what the problem was. I was then referred to Lake Country Home Services. I called in the morning and Dean told me over the phone it was probably the INF switch. He would have to order the part but could get it the following day. Sure enough, that was the problem. So it was very helpful that he was experienced enough to know what was wrong before looking at it. Saved ME money on numerous service calls. When he was at the house fixing the stove, I also mentioned to him that one of my end caps on my refrigerator was broke and he happened to have them in his truck and was able to fix that right away. I was very happy with this company, and the service tech, Dean, was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Very happy with the overall experience!!! Was also very happy to know that this company did more then just appliance repair!!!
